Hotel San Gabriel

Built in 1736, this ancient Andalusian house with its own original coat of arms and handsome facade, offers guests twenty two carefully decorated rooms in authentic Spanish flavour. The rooms have traditional charm complemented by modern comforts. Every care has been taken to preserve the original character of the building. Each room is individually decorated with a fully-equipped bathroom, central heating, air conditioning, television and minibar.

You can relax in a spacious and homely living room, and there is a separate billiards room. We also have an intimate cafe bar for breakfast or for drinks with cheese and ham in the evenings, and you can enjoy a sherry before dinner in the cosy wine cellar.

The patio, with its plants and fountain, made someone write “for a moment at least, you can almost hear Spain’s heart beat”.

We have a unique small cinema, with sumptuous red velvet seats that came from the famous Grand Theatre which once adorned the centre of Ronda.
